This workshop focuses on wellbeing in the workplace. Helping business owners manage psychosocial risks, support wellbeing and meeting their workplace health and safety responsibilities. Sometimes a sensitive topic leaving business owners feeling vulnerable, confused and uncertain. The team from Nara Consulting will help business owners to better understand this topic, identify hazards, implement controls and to draft their own action plans to help keep our staff safe in the workplace. A practical workshop that will leave participants with some immediate actions to put into place and summary notes to reflect on.
