Our small vineyard is perched high on a ridge near the village of Ballandean in the Granite Belt – Queensland’s premier wine district.
We focus on the production of premium quality wine grapes using regenerative agricultural practices.
Mountview Wines original vineyards were established in 1921 and hosts spectacular mountain views. The range of wines produced at this boutique winery is said to be some of the district’s finest and is the home of “The Bloody Good Red”.
This eco-friendly distillery is where you can enjoy and experience behind the barrel tours and the superb taste of paddock to barrel, triple filtered, triple distilled, high-quality, great-tasting, Australian grape base spirit, Vodka, Gin, Brandy etc.
Summit Estate Wines, located in northern Stanthorpe on Queensland’s Granite Belt, was established in 1997 by a group of people with a common love for wine.
Summit Estate Wines offer award winning wines of elegance and complexity. Our vineyard is planted to mainstream and alternative cultivars, with an emphasis on aromatic Mediterranean & European varieties. Summit Estate is also actively focusing on the highly successful Strange Bird experience that is similarly offered by many Stanthorpe wineries.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Alongside our shop is Mount Stirling Meadery, a haven for mead enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Whether you prefer a classic dry mead, a spicy chilli or something with a fruity twist, Mount Stirling Meadery promises to deliver an exceptional tasting experience.
Our meads are made from the very honey we produce, ensuring a seamless connection from hive to glass.
