Running a business doesn’t always go to plan. Unexpected challenges can happen at any time, from rising costs and changing markets to disruptions like fuel shortages or natural disasters.

Join Nicholas Hess from the Small Business Financial Counselling Service (SBFCS) Southern Queensland for a free workshop designed to help you take the guesswork out of future-proofing your business and feel more confident making decisions for the future. This workshop is delivered in collaboration with Southern Downs Regional Council.

What will be covered?

This interactive session is focused on building practical skills to understand your business performance and strengthen financial resilience. Learn alongside other business owners how to assess profitability, build confidence in planning for sustainability and reduce financial risk.
